An ESD box is only as good as its surface resistance. Phil Industries supplies conductive and dissipative anti-static storage boxes, bins, totes and PCB trays in Singapore — Euro-size stackable, held ex-stock in Ubi.

📦 Box, bin or tray?
| Format | Holds | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| ESD box with lid | Mixed components | Transport, overnight storage | Lid keeps dust out |
| Stackable ESD bin | Bulk small parts | Line-side picking | Deep; stacks vertically |
| Conductive tote | WIP assemblies | Moving between stations | Euro footprint |
| PCB / IC tray | Boards, ICs | Single-layer handling | No stacking damage |
| Magazine rack | Boards on edge | Buffer between stations | Saves bench space |
📊 Conductive or dissipative?
Surface resistance and where each belongs
| Conductive |

Controlled bleed-off — direct device contact |
| Insulative (avoid) |

🏷️ Anti-static storage boxes, totes and containers
ESD box, anti-static storage box, conductive tote and static-dissipative container all describe the same family. What separates them is surface resistance and format, not the name.

❓ Common questions
What is the difference between ESD bins and ESD trays?
Bins are deep and hold bulk parts. Trays are single-layer and stop boards or ICs stacking against each other.
Are conductive and dissipative boxes interchangeable?
No. Conductive bleeds charge fast and suits bulk transport. Dissipative bleeds it in a controlled way and is what you want in direct contact with a sensitive device.
Can I use ordinary plastic bins in an EPA?
No. Untreated plastic is insulative and will hold charge next to your components.
Do you hold local stock?
Yes, in Ubi, with same-day quotation and delivery across Singapore.
