- Magnification range — zoom stereo heads cover more than a fixed objective.
- Working distance — leave room for a soldering iron and tweezers under the head.
- Stand type — pillar for small parts, boom arm for large assemblies.
- ESD version — specify it if the station sits inside an EPA.

Stereo for hands-on rework, because you keep depth perception. Digital when several people need to see the same image or you need a record.
How much magnification do I need?
Most SMD rework sits between 10× and 40×. Going higher shrinks the field of view faster than it helps.
Do you supply ESD-safe versions?
Yes. Tell us the station is inside an EPA and we will quote accordingly.
Can you supply lighting separately?
Yes — ring, low-angle and backlights can be added to an existing microscope or bench.
