Torque analyzers and sensors are benchtop and handheld measurement systems that verify, calibrate and document the output of torque wrenches, screwdrivers and power drivers. Paired with the right transducer, they form the backbone of any quality-controlled fastening programme — capturing peak torque, first-peak and angle data for audit trails and ISO-compliant records.

Analyzer plus sensor — they work as a pair

The analyzer is only half the instrument. Because the sensor determines the capacity and the mounting, pairing the wrong transducer gives you a precise reading of the wrong thing. Therefore we match the two together rather than selling a display and hoping.

What we supply

Type Options Notes
Transducers Rotary and reaction Rotary turns with the tool; reaction stays fixed
Format In-line and bench In-line reads at the joint; bench reads at a station
Capacity Fractional N·cm to heavy industrial Match to your torque range, not your biggest tool
Data captured Peak, first-peak, angle First-peak suits click wrenches

Support that comes with it

Technical support, cable pairing and accessory selection come alongside the hardware, so the analyzer arrives ready to use rather than as a box of parts. In addition, Phil Industries has supported Singapore quality teams with torque measurement since 2009.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an analyzer and a sensor?

The sensor measures the torque; the analyzer displays, processes and logs it. Therefore you need both, matched to each other.

Rotary or reaction transducer?

A rotary transducer turns with the tool, so it suits power drivers and in-line measurement. In contrast, a reaction transducer stays fixed, which suits bench testing of hand tools.

What capacity should I choose?

Match it to the torque range you actually work in. Because accuracy is expressed against full scale, an oversized sensor measures your small joints poorly.

Do you supply matching cables and accessories?

Yes. Tell us the analyzer and sensor and we will confirm the cable and accessories, so nothing arrives incompatible. See also torque analyzers.
