❓ Common questions
What is the difference between adhesive and silicone tacky rollers?
Adhesive rollers use peelable layers you throw away. You rinse and reuse silicone rollers instead, so they suit higher classes and heavy use.
How often should a roller be replaced?
Peel an adhesive layer when it stops picking up. Replace the silicone sleeve once washing no longer restores tack.
Are sticky rollers ESD safe?
Not by default. Ask for the ESD-safe variant whenever the roller sits inside an EPA.
Can a roller be used on wafers?
Only the wafer-grade low-tack silicone version. A standard adhesive roller will damage the surface.
