Cleanroom consumables are the single-use and limited-life supplies that keep a controlled zone controlled — wipes, swabs, gloves, sticky mats, bouffants, shoe covers, face masks and notebooks, all built to low-particulate and low-ionic specs for ISO 14644-1 Class 3 to Class 8. They are also the first thing to run out at 2am, so we hold 56+ SKUs in Singapore for semiconductor, biotech, pharma and medical-device facilities. Sterile variants are gamma-irradiated to 25 kGy, SAL 10⁻⁶.

The cleanroom consumables range

  • Cleanroom wipers — polyester, microfibre and cellulose-poly blend, so you can match grade to ISO class.
  • Cleanroom gloves — nitrile and latex, sterile and non-sterile.
  • Cleanroom swabs — foam, polyester and microfibre tips, for example for connectors and corners.
  • Sticky mats and sticky rollers — polyethylene, 30-layer mats; because most contamination walks in on shoes.
  • Bouffants, shoe covers, face masks — SMS / polypropylene non-woven.
  • Cleanroom paper and notebooks — low-particulate bond; some grades are autoclavable.

Frequently asked questions

What are cleanroom consumables?

They are single-use or limited-life products engineered with low particle, fibre and ionic contamination — wipers, gloves, swabs, sticky mats and gamma-irradiated paper. Therefore we hold the full ISO Class 5 range ex-stock in Singapore.

How often should sticky mats be changed?

Peel a layer as soon as the surface looks visibly fouled — typically every 1–2 days under daily foot traffic. As a result, a 30-layer mat lasts roughly one month per entry door in a typical Singapore facility.

Are sterile and non-sterile gloves interchangeable?

No. Sterile gloves are gamma-irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10⁻⁶, so ISO Class 4 and aseptic processing require them. In contrast, non-sterile cleanroom gloves are low-particulate but not sterile, which suits ISO Class 6–8 electronics work.

Do you deliver cleanroom consumables in Singapore?

Yes. We offer same-day or next-day delivery of in-stock items anywhere in Singapore. In addition, bulk and standing-order pricing is available. Email kenneth@phil-industries.com.sg, WhatsApp +65 9853 9030 or call +65 6555 1745 to set up a standing order.
