Cleanroom paper in Singapore is low-particulate, low-ionic-contamination paper — coated bond, latex-impregnated or fully synthetic — engineered for use inside ISO 14644-1 Class 5 to Class 8 cleanrooms without releasing the cellulose fibres and lint that ordinary office paper sheds.
Phil Industries supplies 22+ cleanroom paper SKUs in Singapore — bond sheets, notebooks, copier paper, sterile paper and labels in A4, Letter and custom sizes. Last updated: 17 May 2026.
All paper complies with IEST-RP-CC020 (Cleanroom Paper) and is laser/inkjet printable. Sterile variants are gamma-irradiated to 25 kGy with SAL 10⁻⁶.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is cleanroom paper?
Cleanroom paper is paper engineered to release minimal particles, fibres and ionic residues when handled, written on or torn. Standard cellulose paper sheds thousands of particles per page and is banned from ISO Class 7 and cleaner environments; cleanroom paper passes IEST-RP-CC020 contamination limits.
What is the difference between coated and synthetic cleanroom paper?
Coated cleanroom paper is cellulose bond impregnated with latex or polymer to lock fibres in place — affordable, ISO Class 6–8 use. Synthetic cleanroom paper is fully plastic (PE or PP) with zero cellulose fibre, tear-resistant and water-proof — suited to ISO Class 4–5 and wet processing areas.
Can cleanroom paper be printed on a regular laser printer?
Yes — latex-coated cleanroom bond paper runs through standard laser and inkjet printers without modification. Synthetic PE paper is laser-printable only on low-fuser-temperature printers; inkjet requires special ink. Phil Industries supplies a media-compatibility chart on request.
Do I need sterile cleanroom paper?
Sterile cleanroom paper is needed for aseptic pharmaceutical, biologics and medical-device documentation inside ISO Class 4–5 zones. For electronics, semiconductor and most ISO Class 6–8 cleanrooms, non-sterile cleanroom paper is sufficient and more cost-effective.
How is cleanroom paper packaged?
Cleanroom paper is double-bagged in low-particulate polyethylene with a tamper-evident seal, then over-wrapped for shipment. The inner bag is opened only inside the cleanroom gowning room. Sterile paper adds a third gamma-validated bag.
