What makes a cleanroom chair different from an office chair?
Materials and construction. A cleanroom chair uses low-particle surfaces that wipe clean and sealed components that do not shed. An upholstered office chair sheds fibre continuously.
Do I need an ESD chair or is a cleanroom chair enough?
They solve different problems. Cleanroom rating controls particles. ESD rating controls charge. In an EPA you need the dissipative version, where seat shell, castors and gas lift form one continuous path to earth.
Can I get lab chairs in Singapore with short lead time?

Which seat material should I choose?
