The IPT is a preset click wrench that ensures a reliable tightening process for manufacturing applications. A preset click wrench securely ensures that the correct torque value is applied consistently to each fastener without the risk of operator adjustment.

The metal handle click wrenches are designed with durable all-steel construction and a corrosion-resistant finish and are suitable for various industries like aerospace, automotive, machinery, chemical, nuclear, energy, and other industrial environments.
The Mountz IPT click wrench features a lightly knurled, non-slip grip. Designed and manufactured to meet or exceed the accuracy and repeatability requirements of ISO6789:2003, IPT click models offer a torque range from 3.7– 885.6 lbf.ft. Suitable for medium and high torque applications.
Fastening Productivity and Process Control:
- A preset click wrench ensures that the correct torque value is used consistently for each fastener by reducing the risk of the operator tampering with settings. This tool has no external adjustment scale and is set using a torque analyzer.
- Tamper-proof internal adjustment. The torque setting is adjusted using the IPT torque adjusting key (sold separately).
- Features a bi-directional ratchet head. Easily switch between CW and CCW operation for tightening or loosening bolts.
- A click sound can be heard and felt when torque is reached.
