Tool Positioner Balancer
The Mini 31 balancer is a small, lightweight tool positioner that allows tools to be positioned over a work area for comfortable operation. The tool will remain at whatever level or position that it is left at. The operator can set the desired tension rate by simply placing a screwdriver into the slotted shaft and turning clockwise to increase tension and counterclockwise to decrease tension.
