3, The handles are made of dissipative plastic and the bristles are composed of conductive fibers, its conductive fibers resistanc up to 10³–10⁴ Ω, while dissipative handle resistance up to 10⁵–10⁸ Ω

4, They are soft and for suitable for most table surfaces.
