Description
ESD Anti-Static PVC Vinyl Cleanroom Flooring Tile is a conductive PVC vinyl floor tile designed to control electrostatic discharge (ESD) in cleanrooms, electronics manufacturing floors and other environments where static build-up can damage sensitive components. Phil Industries stocks this tile in Singapore under our ESDpro range (Model: EM0200, ISO/SGS certified).
The tile is made from PVC vinyl with a conductive layer that dissipates static charge to earth rather than letting it build up on the floor surface. It suits precision-instrument rooms, network/server rooms, and general ESD-controlled work areas alongside cleanrooms and electronics assembly floors.

✨ Features
- 💧 Waterproof and easy to clean
- 🔥 Flame-retardant
- 🛠️ Wear-resistant
- 📏 Dimensionally stable
- 🧪 Resistant to common workshop chemicals
- ⚡ Conductive layer — only dissipates static once properly earthed, see Installation below
🏭 Applications
- 🔌 Electronics and microelectronics manufacturing
- 📡 Telecommunications equipment rooms
- 🖥️ Network / server rooms
- 🧼 Cleanrooms
- ⚙️ Other precision-instrument or equipment rooms where static control matters
🧰 Installation
- 🧱 Sub-floors should be level, smooth and free of cracks before installation
- 💧 Residual sub-floor moisture should be under 2.5% (CM method) — worth checking carefully given Singapore’s humid climate, where slabs can retain moisture longer than expected
- 🌡️ Tiles, adhesive and the installation site should be at a temperature of at least 18°C for at least 24 hours before laying
- 🧴 Use a qualified conductive adhesive with a resistance below 10Ω
- 🔗 Earth the floor via a copper foil grounding strip connected to a proper grounding point (see reference diagram)
