Where the ADC Controllers fit in Singapore
The ADC-100, ADC-200 and ADC-400 each match specific AD-Series spindles, run on 200 to 230 V single-phase supply, and are programmed from the touch screen or MountzCom III. For a Singapore automation cell that means the controller holds up to 15 process sequences of 10 steps, counts screws, exchanges OK and NG signals with the PLC over digital I/O, and keeps fastening data for Cp and Cpk analysis.
