All industrial and ESD products supplied by Phil Industries are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects, from the date of delivery. This limited warranty applies to all purchases made through Phil Industries Pte Ltd.
What This Limited Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use, as defined by the original manufacturer’s warranty terms.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, scuffs)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence
- Damage from improper assembly or installation
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations carried out by unauthorised parties
- Use beyond the product’s intended application or environment
- Consumable or replaceable parts (e.g. castors, gas lifts, armrest pads) unless faulty on delivery
Warranty Period
The limited warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please contact us with the following:
- Original invoice or PO number
- Product details (brand, model, serial number if available)
- Clear photos or description of the defect

Phil Industries will assess the claim and liaise with the original manufacturer where applicable. Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or credit at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Brand-Specific Warranty Terms
Certain brand partners (Bimos, Mountz, Dickson, TOK, Polyco Healthline, Atrix) may offer extended or product-specific warranty terms. Where these differ from the standard 1-Year Limited Warranty, the manufacturer’s terms shall apply. Please contact us for details on a specific product.
