Yes — every item we supply carries a product warranty backed by the original manufacturer. Warranty duration, scope and claim process vary by brand and product line, so always check the product manual or your invoice for the specific terms that apply to your purchase.
Typical warranty coverage by category
- Mountz torque tools — standard manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, with calibration traceable to ISO 6789
- ESD products — warranty per the manufacturer, excluding wear items like wrist straps and cords
- Bimos chairs and cleanroom furniture — multi-year warranty on structural components and gas springs
- Microscopes and vision systems — extended warranty options available for production use
What the warranty does and does not cover
Most product warranty terms cover manufacturing defects but exclude wear-and-tear, misuse, cosmetic damage and consumables. For calibrated items, accuracy drift beyond the published tolerance is usually not a warranty matter but a recalibration need. Your product manual will give the exact list of exclusions for your specific item.
How to make a warranty claim
Keep your invoice and, for calibrated items, the original calibration certificate. To make a claim under your product warranty, contact our team with your invoice number and a description of the issue, or WhatsApp us at +65 98539030. We typically respond within one business day and can arrange collection of the faulty item where needed. Where repair is not viable, we coordinate with the manufacturer for a replacement.
If you are not sure whether your issue is covered, send us photos and a short description and we will advise honestly whether a warranty claim or a recalibration is the right route.
