EPT battery screwdriver operates with the EPC-10 wireless controller. One controller can be used with up to 8 screwdrivers.

EPT-Series drivers offer a torque range suitable for low and higher torque applications.

All Mountz DC controllers include free product software for programming and analysis – no annual licensing is required.

Error-Proofing & Process Improvement:

  • Bit Socket Tray: An error-proofing solution minimizes the risk of errors by automatically selecting the correct torque according to the socket or bit selected. It connects to the MDC controller. It will improve productivity and reduce operator errors. Saves downtime by automatically changing program settings for multiple fastening strategies.
  • Mag-O-Nets: Magnetize a bit by sliding the Mag-O-Net onto the bit—commonly used with a screw presenter.

Service & Calibration:

The run-down adapter (RDA) is designed to provide consistent and reliable torque readings for power-driven torque control tools. An RDA reduces the impact and irregular peaks that cause poor repeatability. The device is mounted in-line between the tool drive and the transducer.
