Product Description:

Three layers of ESD anti fatigue mat, static dissipative floor mat, 17mm thick
The top layer is made of anti-static PVC with yellow electrostatic sensitive symbols and warning strips to make the appearance more eye-catching and beautiful
The buffer layer is EPDM foam, and the bottom is conductive rubber, with a three-layer structure, which will make your feet more comfortable.
After water treatment, we used environment-friendly strong adhesive to bond the layers together.

Considering the size of our molding machine and the convenience of packaging and transportation, we recommend the following sizes:

Features:

1. Permanent anti-static, surface resistance of electrostatic dissipation layer is 108-109 ohms, and surface resistance of conductive layer is 103-105 ohms;
2. The composite layer structure can effectively cushion the foot pressure and relieve fatigue;
3. The surface is provided with anti-static warning signs, which naturally forms an ESD protection zone;
4. Easy to clean the surface, easy to migrate, without affecting the normal working environment;
5. Its anti-skid surface design makes it safer;
6. Acid and alkali resistant solvent;

Use maintenance:

1. The surface of ground cushion has anti-skid and static electricity dissipation functions, and oil and dust are regularly cleaned
2. Please use a clean cotton cloth dipped in water to wipe. If there is stubborn dirt, please use a clean cloth dipped in alcohol to quickly wipe, and then use a clean cloth to dry
3. The adhesive cannot be cleaned after bonding; Bad environment such as humidity will shorten product life;
4. Placing sharp objects may cause surface scratches.
