Zipper Closure Polyester ESD Overalls With Hood 98% PET 2% Conductive Fiber
Cleanroom ESD Overall with Hood: AG0801
Description: It is made of ESD polyester static dissipative materials with a minimum 2% conductive fiber. It does not come from spray-on application.
Applications: ESD protection in clean rooms, work wear
Features:
1) It is designed to shield ESD charges from operators’ clothing from damaging.
2) It is constructed of dissipative material which made from polyester and a minimum of 2% carbon conductive fiber. The carbon suffused nylon creates electro-static dissipation to prevent static electricity.
3) It overlays with hood. It could be right front zipper closure or slant front.
4) Knitted cuffs and ankle, will make dustproof performance more excellent.
5) They also have one badge holder tab, one sleeve pen pockets or sleeve ribbon.
6) It offers good resistance to static, dust and chemicals. It is designed for Class 100-1000 cleanrooms and higher.
7) And it is applicable in Semiconductor, Biotech, Pharmaceutical industries and etc.
8) Meets ESD standards, system resistance 106-109ohms
9) Autoclavable at 121 degrees if adopts fabric with suitable carbon filaments
