ESD Clothes Feature:

1) ESD antistatic clothing is designed to shields ESD charges from operators’ clothing from damaging;
2) Anti static clothes is constructed of dissipative material which made from polyester and a minimum of 1% CARBON FIBER. The carbon suffused nylon creates electro-static dissipation to prevent static electricity;
3) Antistatic suit is cover all with hood. There’re options for right front covered button closure;
4) Knitted cuffs, will make dustproof performance more excellent;
5) They also have one badge holder tab, one sleeve pen pockets or sleeve ribbon;
6) It offers good resistance to static, dust and chemicals. It is designed for Class 100-1000 cleanrooms and higher;
7) And it is applicable in Semiconductor, Biotech, Pharmaceutical industries and etc;
8) Meets ESD standards, system resistance ranges from 10e6-10e9ohms;

The technical parameters, shelf life and washing methods of antistatic clothing are as follows:

1. Surface resistance: 10e7-10e8 Ω； 2. Amount of charge: < 0.6 μ c;

3. Breaking strength: warp > 490N; Latitude: > 390n;

4. Seam strength: > 98n.

5. Shelf life: the shelf life of anti-static clothing is calculated by washing times, and the washing times can be up to 100 times (relative to machine washing).
