Description:
PTFEing tape, also known as PTFEing tape, or PTFEing adhesive tape, or PTFEing adhesive tape. It is first made of glass fiber, coated with PTFEing emulsion and made into PTFEing fiberglass cloth after drying.
A high temperature resistant adhesive tape made of silicon viscose is coated twice.
Main performance characteristics:
1, for low temperature -196 degrees, high temperature between 300 degrees, has weatherability, anti-aging. After practical application, for example, under the condition of high temperature of 250 ℃, the strength will not be reduced and the weight will not be reduced after continuous storage for 200 days; When placed at 350 ℃ for 120 hours, the weight is only reduced by about 0.6%; It can maintain the original softness at – 180 ℃ ultra-low temperature.
2. Non adhesion: the surface is smooth and not easy to adhere to any substance. Easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; Almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin and coating can be simply removed;
3. Resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acid, alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
4. Drug resistance and non toxicity. It can withstand almost all medicaments and articles.
5. It has high insulation performance (small dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), anti ultraviolet and anti-static.
6. Fire retardant.
7. Easy to use and long service life.
Feature:
1. Good heat resistance (continuous service temperature above 260 ℃) and can be used safely even on overheated heaters.
2. Good viscosity resistance, and the “slag” of the melted packaging film will not stick to the heater.
